General Terms -

Regular sessions are paid monthly subscription style in return for (e.g) 4  ~2 HR sessions   (expected to be taken weekly )  -   a missed scheduled session can be rescheduled as a 'catch-up'  ( unlike many tutoring  agreements where paid sessions are simpy lost if missed )

Catch-ups require both parties to organise and take them as soon as is practical, and as such do not  'accrue'  beyond 2 catch-ups (circumstances not withstanding) -  this is to provide maximum fairness for both parties, maintains predictability & positively aligns incentives for all.

If ending a subscription,  2 weeks notice is required prior to the next month billing date in order to avoid the next scheduled payment being the last.
